Manual Protocol

Punch one 4.75mm DBS disc into a "U" botton microplate, adding 75 microliters of Elution Reagent.

Incubate 20 minutes at RT.

Transfer 15 microliters of eluate to flat botton microplate.

Add 75 microliters of Mixture Reagent ( Reagent Vial ) and incubate for 10 minutes.

Kinetic reading at 340nm, or End Point at 570 nm, both mode with Normalization Hemoglobin Procedure (Hb+).

Automation Procedure

Dias, Titertek or other Microplate Automation Sysytem.
