The
MSUD550nm Neonatal Screening Kit is an enzymatic/
colorimetric assay for quantitative determination of Leucine/
Isoleucine concentration in dried blood spots samples.
The 35 minutes protocol is very simple and it is based
on two reagents addition and reading absorbance at 550nm
in a single microplate reader. The methodology does not
require special or expensive equipments and the procedure
can be performed manually or easily automated, which makes
the kit suitable for small, medium or big routine. Protocol
includes Hemoglobin Normalization.
